Prices
Prices quoted exclude postage and packing and VAT.
For orders placed on our website:
- P&P for orders under the value of £50 is £3.75 on the UK mainland
- P&P for orders over the value of £50 is FREE on the UK mainland
- For delivery charges elswhere in Europe please call our sales office
Delivery Service (UK Mainland)
Small orders and Water Heaters are shipped via ParcelForce on a next day service. Orders are usually despatched the same day if received by 2.00pm.
Please note that deliveries to some areas of Scotland and Northern Ireland may take over 24 hours, please call the Sales Office on 01482 325456 if you would like to check approximate delivery times.
Combination boilers are shipped via a national carrier and take 24-48 hours to arrive.
Returns Policy
Goods delivered in accordance with the contract shall not be returned to the Company except at the sole discretion of the Company and then only subject to a handling charge of not less than 10% of the value of the goods returned.
